Feasibility Study for Coworking Space Franchise
Main Street Assembly completed a feasibility study of potential new markets in the NY Metropolitan Area for an established coworking space franchise looking to expand from the west coast. The project involved a full landscape analysis of several potential local coworking markets, including surveying local business owners, independent professionals and entrepreneurs, as well as interviewing key intermediaries, i.e. SBDCs, Chambers of Commerce, EDCs, to better understand growth and expansion opportunities. Several in depth strategic and financial analyses were taken into consideration, which led to the company choosing 2 initial locations and a longer-term expansion strategy.
