Small Business Workforce Resiliency with AI

Main Street Assembly introduced a set of resources to small businesses to help them implement AI from worker-centric perspective in order to build business resiliency with a more stable and skilled workforce. Regional small business development partners and businesses were recruited from across the country to participated in the events. Multiple online events were held to introduce the resources and technical assistance was provided to a select group of businesses to implement the tools and practices.
